Customer-Provided Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, dates, spelling, sizes, quantities, colors, wording, and other requested details.
TNG Custom is not responsible for errors that appear exactly as they were provided or approved by the customer.
Artwork, Logos & Images
Customers may submit logos, photographs, artwork, inspiration images, or other reference files for a custom order.
By submitting material, the customer confirms that they have permission or legal authority to use that material for the requested apparel.
TNG Custom reserves the right to decline artwork or requests that cannot legally or practically be produced.
Design Approval
Some custom orders may require confirmation of design details before production begins.
Customers should carefully review spelling, placement, colors, sizing, and other design details before approval.
Once a design or order has been approved and production has started, changes may not be possible.
Color & Product Differences
Screen colors, garment colors, and printed colors can vary slightly because of device displays, fabric, printing methods, and production materials.
Minor color differences are not considered defects.
Production Time
Typical turnaround is 7–10 business days. Complex designs, bulk orders, product availability, or requested revisions may require additional time.
Custom Pricing
Prices may vary depending on garment type, quantity, size, artwork, printing requirements, and customization.
A custom-order inquiry does not create a paid order or guarantee a final price. TNG Custom may confirm pricing and order details before payment or production.
Changes & Cancellations
Contact TNG Custom as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
Once materials have been ordered, artwork has been prepared, or production has started, changes or cancellations may not be available.
