Products & Custom Orders
TNG Custom provides made-to-order T-shirts, hoodies, and other custom apparel.
Product appearance may vary slightly from photographs or digital previews because of differences in garment materials, screens, printing methods, lighting, and production processes.
Custom-order inquiries do not guarantee acceptance, availability, or a final price. TNG Custom may review the requested design, quantity, garment, artwork, and production requirements before confirming an order.
Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, shipping, sizing, spelling, personalization, and order information.
TNG Custom is not responsible for errors resulting from information that was supplied or approved incorrectly by the customer.
Pricing
Prices displayed on the website may change without notice.
Custom-order pricing may depend on garment type, size, quantity, artwork, design requirements, printing method, and other production factors.
Any applicable shipping charges and taxes will be shown during checkout when applicable.
Payment
Orders requiring online payment must be paid through the payment methods offered at checkout.
Production may not begin until required payment or other agreed payment arrangements have been completed.
TNG Custom does not directly store complete payment-card information when payments are handled by third-party payment processors.
Customer-Submitted Artwork
Customers may submit artwork, logos, photographs, wording, or other material for use on custom apparel.
By submitting material, the customer represents that they have the necessary rights or permission to use it for the requested order.
TNG Custom may decline an order if the requested material cannot legally or practically be reproduced.
Design Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing any requested proofs, mockups, spelling, colors, placement, sizing, and other design details before approval.
Once an order has been approved and production has begun, changes may not be possible.
Production Time
Typical turnaround is 7–10 business days, but this is an estimate rather than a guaranteed completion date.
Large orders, product availability, complex designs, customer-requested revisions, holidays, or circumstances outside TNG Custom’s reasonable control may affect completion time.
Shipping & Local Pickup
Shipping and pickup are subject to the separate Shipping & Pickup Policy.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
Local pickup customers must wait until TNG Custom confirms that the order is ready before arriving at the pickup location.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Returns, refunds, exchanges, order errors, defects, and cancellations are governed by the separate Returns & Refunds Policy.
Custom or personalized products generally cannot be returned simply because the customer changes their mind after production.
Website Use
You may not intentionally misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious files, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual Property
The TNG Custom name, website design, original website content, and business branding may not be copied or used without permission except where allowed by law.
Customer-owned artwork remains subject to the rights of its respective owner.
