TNG Custom creates made-to-order T-shirts and hoodies. Because each order is prepared specifically for the customer, processing time is separate from shipping time.
Processing Time
Our typical turnaround is 7–10 business days before an order is ready for shipment or pickup. Larger, highly customized, or bulk orders may require additional time.
If additional production time is needed, TNG Custom will contact you using the information provided with your order.
U.S. Shipping
Standard U.S. shipping is currently $6.99.
Shipping time begins after your order has been completed and handed to the carrier. Carrier delays are outside the control of TNG Custom.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information.
Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available for eligible orders.
Pickup is by arrangement after your order is ready. Please do not arrive for pickup until TNG Custom has contacted you and confirmed that your order is ready.
Pickup instructions will be provided after your order has been completed.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it may be provided after the order ships.
